FAQs

The Lyoness Child & Family Foundation is a charitable Association based in Graz, Austria. Under the guiding principle "Education. Opportunities. Future." we support children, adolescents and families in need worldwide, and across cultural and ethnic boundaries.

The Association is registered in the Central Association Register under ZVR-Nr.: 557379286 and belongs to „ § 4a Abs. 2 Z. 3 lit. a to c EStG (charitable, development and disaster relief-organisation)“.

The Lyoness Child & Family Foundation Association is funded by resources from the activities of the Lyoness International Shopping Community. The success of the Lyoness Group enables us to provide long-term assistance by implementing education and aid projects where they are needed.

Active Members of the Lyoness Shopping Community don't just save money; they also help people in need around the world.

An essential part of the financial funding for the Association's work comes in the form of donations and sponsorships.

Every purchase matters! As a Lyoness Member, you automatically support CFF education and aid projects around the world with every purchase you make. By purchasing CFF merchandising products, you can also support the organisation of donation campaigns or fundraising events.

You also have the opportunity to specify exactly what your donation should be used for, or whether it can be used for anything. By taking out a Sponsorship, you can also make an active contribution towards supporting our work, and thereby provide long-term sustainable assistance for people in need.

The Child and Family Foundation Association is a non-profit organisation, and aims to provide support for children, adolescents and families in need around the world who are in need of material or personal assistance.

In addition, the Association aims to fight against poverty and disaster in developing countries be supporting economic and, in particular, social development. This will facilitate long-term business and economic growth, which will result in positive structural and social improvements.

Lyoness was founded in 2003 and now has approximately 1,000 employees in 46 markets around the world. It is an international and multi-sector Shopping Community for consumers, as well as an international customer loyalty programme for Lyoness Loyalty Merchants. Lyoness currently has over 5 million Members who receive exclusive Shopping Benefits - for example, money back with every purchase, as well as Shopping Points - and Loyalty Merchants win loyal customers and offer them special benefits.

Corporate Responsibility is very important to Lyoness. This is why it founded two chritable organisations - Lyoness Child & Family Foundation and the Lyoness Greenfinity Foundation - which have been a permanent part of the company ever since. The two organisations are supported through every purchase that Members make with Loyalty Merchants. These funds enable the organisations to implement environmental projects as well as education and development aid.

There are different ways to become a Lyoness Member. You can register via website (free of charge) and your personal Cashback Card will be sent to you within the following weeks. You have the possibility to be registered during the course of your first purchase with a Lyoness Loyalty Merchant (SME), or you are registered by an existing Lyoness Member (recommender). The registration  is always free of charge and non-binding for the new Member.

We support and implement projects which comply with the Association's values: they involve support and promotion of children, adolescents and families in need around the world. We specialise in education and its many facets. You can find the Association's key issues and principles on this website at "About Us" and "Project submission".
